They were on time. HOWEVER!!!! The agreed-upon work did not happen!!! We were promised wood floor sealer - but it was not done. He claimed it would have made the stain lighter in color. Yet, he had no sealer on site. I had purchased a special wood floor polyurethane. De Paz wanted to use a BONA product, a zero VOC product, so I agreed. He used Duralast instead. This polyurethane, which had a very toxic smell, was in a larger container, and he took the remaining polyurethane. I have wood flooring throughout my home and will NOT be using this company again.

Fredys aside from doing amazing work on redoing wooden floors is great with a paint brush. He painted my old apartment and made it look new. His attention to detail was spot on as he filled damages on the wall and molding to make everything flush. I highly recommend Depaz Wood Flooring.

Mr Freddie and his crew are professionals not a spec of dust after he was done he vacuum every place him and his crew passed and finally a beautiful finished floor some places he even replaced wood mind this is the original floor from the w 1920 he was even able to get out a pee stain from previous owners dog. My wife has always had to go behind contractor to clean not this time Freddy will be visiting my house again

Such a great experience to work with Mr Freddy De Paz, All the job was done so good! We remodel the entire cellar room and basement, he installed LVT flooring and much more activities. Not only is it difficult to get a contractor for a small contractor to refinish a floor 10 x 12 at a fair price but when they showed up with 3 men I knew I had picked the right company. They knocked the job out in 6 hours time and did a beautiful job. Could not be more please because it required a lot to find this company! They were timely, efficient, thorough, polite, neat and clean.

Freddy and his team did an amazing job matching our old hardwood floors (both style and color) and extending them throughout our first floor as well as repairing our drywall in places where it needed it (because of prior work that Freddy didn't do) and painting. They were meticulous in every way and the work is beautiful!

Fredys team of 3 including himself was professional, punctual and neat. I had the wood for them and they removed the damaged planks and installed the replacement planks for me. The floor looked great upon completion of the work and they cleaned the room before leaving. I highly recommend this firm for the quality of the work at a reasonable price.

This is the third time I am redoing My kitchen floor. It was just a mess! So many tiles were cracked and the grout was coming up. Freddie immediately diagnosed my issues. His crew ripped out my existing floor, secured the subfloor and installed about 500 square feet of tile. Their work was flawless!! The men were very professional, friendly and clean.
